We talk through your grades, budget and ambitions, and draw up a realistic shortlist of universities and majors that suit you.

Choosing a university and major

A comparison of programmes, fees and entry requirements across more than 500 universities, so you decide on information rather than guesswork.

Preparing your admission file

We review and organise your documents to each university's requirements, with certified translation and attestation where needed.

Submitting and following up

We submit your application and handle correspondence with the universities until a decision is made, with updates delivered inside the app.

Scholarships and funding

We look for the scholarships and discounts available for your major and study level, and help you prepare the application.

Paying university fees

Once your offer arrives, pay your registration fees securely via PayPal inside the app — no middlemen, no complicated transfers.

FAQ

Student questions about admissions

What is the Ibtiaath admissions office?

The Ibtiaath admissions office handles your academic file from the first consultation to the offer letter: choosing the university and major, preparing, translating and attesting documents, submitting and following up applications, then paying the fees. All of it is managed from the Ibtiaath app, with no need to visit an office in person.

How do I apply to university through Ibtiaath?

Download the app and create your account, then open the university admissions section and attach your certificate, transcripts and passport. Our team will get in touch with suitable recommendations, and once you pick your universities we submit and follow up the application.

How long does it take to get an offer?

It depends on the university, the country and the intake. A provisional acceptance from many universities arrives within days to a few weeks of a complete file, while some competitive and postgraduate programmes take longer. We tell you the expected timeline before applying.

Do you help with scholarships?

Yes. We look for the scholarships and discounts available for your major, study level and grades, and help you prepare the application. Scholarships are competitive and cannot be guaranteed, but we shortlist the opportunities that are realistic for your profile.

Which documents does an admission file need?

Usually: your most recent certificate, transcripts, a valid passport and passport photos. Depending on the programme, a language certificate, CV, motivation letter or recommendation letters may be added. We review your file and tell you what is missing before applying.

Do you translate and attest documents?

Yes. Translation is done inside Ibtiaath by accredited translators, attested by the Iraqi Translators Association and accepted by universities, embassies and official bodies.

What if my application is rejected?

We review the reason with you and apply to alternative universities under the same plan. If you would rather stop the service, our published refund policy applies: a full refund (100%) if the rejection was caused by an error on our side, or 70% if you did not meet the university's requirements, provided you claim within 30 days of the official rejection notice.

Do you support me after the offer?

Yes. Once your offer is issued you can pay the university fees via PayPal in the app, book your flight, and activate an eSIM plan for your country of study — all from the same account.
