  • Any fees charged by universities, government bodies or external service providers are separate and are the user's sole responsibility.
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services in progress.

7Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.

8Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform — including but not limited to its design, logos, written content, software and trade marks — are owned by or licensed to Ibtiaath Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the platform or its content without our prior written consent.

  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
  • Loss of data, revenue or opportunity resulting from platform downtime or errors.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services will not exceed the total fees you paid us for the specific service that is the subject of the claim, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Submitting fake, fraudulent or forged documents or information.
  • Engaging in conduct harmful to the platform, other users or third parties.
  • Failure to pay fees due.
  • Established use of the platform for unlawful purposes.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose beforehand.

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first at help@ibtiaath.com. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may refer the matter to mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union or in any other jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, those laws apply in addition to these Terms and do not replace them.
